Services

Clear View Cleaning Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Services are performed based on the information provided by the client at the time of booking.

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If cleaners are unable to access the property, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

Liability

Clear View Cleaning Solutions LLC is insured. We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or improper installation of items. Clients are encouraged to secure or remove fragile or valuable items prior to service.

Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in environments that are unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable expectations, or pose a health risk to our staff.
